I have worked inside active capital programs during execution instability, commissioning compression, and startup sequencing challenges—aligning engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to deliver predictable operational outcomes.
Operating independently of EPCs and system integrators, I provide embedded infrastructure delivery leadership focused on execution alignment, governance discipline, and operational readiness across multi-contractor environments.
